Terms of Service

1. Service
CatchUpClerk (“we”) converts bank and credit card statement PDFs you provide into CSV files and checks them against the statement’s balances. We do not provide accounting, tax, or legal advice, and we do not categorize transactions.
2. Your responsibilities
You confirm you’re authorized to share the statements you upload, including your clients’ statements. You review the output before relying on it or importing it.
3. Plans and billing
Free preview: 1 statement per bookkeeper or firm. Catch-Up Pack: $29 for 3 statements, valid 12 months. Monthly: $49/month for up to 40 statements, with $3 per additional statement and no rollover. A statement is one account-month up to 15 pages (longer counts as 2). Payments are processed by Stripe. Monthly renews automatically until cancelled.
4. Cancellation and refunds
See the Refund policy. You can cancel anytime at Manage membership.
5. Data
We handle files as described in the Privacy Policy and the Security page, including deletion within 24 hours of delivery.
6. Warranty and liability
Apart from the tie-out guarantee, the service is provided “as is.” To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.
7. Acceptable use
Don’t upload anything other than financial statements you’re authorized to process, and don’t use the service unlawfully.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. If we make material changes, we’ll post them here and email Monthly members.
