Plain rules, no hoops.
Tie-out guarantee
If we can’t deliver a statement that ties out from opening to closing balance, you don’t pay for it. Pack: a $9.67 refund per statement. Monthly: the statement is credited back to your quota, or refunded pro-rata if you ask.
Errors you find
Report a wrong or missing transaction within 30 days of delivery. We fix and redeliver within 1 business day. If we can’t fix it, we refund that statement.
Unreadable files
If a file can’t be converted (unreadable, incomplete, password-protected), we tell you before converting and no credit is used.
Unused Pack credits
Full refund of the unused portion if requested within 14 days of purchase.
Monthly
Cancel anytime at Manage membership. No refunds for partial months already started, except under the guarantee above.
How to ask
Email support@catchupclerk.com with your order email. Refunds go back to the original card through Stripe, usually within 5–10 business days.
