Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Files you upload: statement PDFs and the outputs we create. These are deleted within 24 hours of delivery.
• Order details: name, email, plan, statement count, dates. Kept for billing and tax records.
• Payment details: handled by Stripe. We never receive full card numbers.
• Website: standard server logs from our host. We don’t use advertising trackers or sell data.

How we use it

We use it only to deliver conversions, support you, and bill you. We don’t sell or share your data, and we don’t use it to train AI models.

Processors

Stripe (payments), Microsoft 365 (support email), our secure upload provider (file intake), and GoDaddy (website hosting).

Retention

Statement files and outputs are deleted ≤24h after delivery, or ≤24h after receipt if the order is unpaid. Order records are kept as required for tax purposes.
