If you don’t see a form, it isn’t live yet. Please don’t email statements. Write to support@catchupclerk.com (no attachments) and we’ll reply with a secure upload link within 1 business day.
What happens next: we check each file, convert it, and tie it out. Within 1 business day, you get an email from support@catchupclerk.com with a one-time download link and the tie-out line. Unreadable files never use a credit.
