Your clients’ statements, handled like they’re ours.

Short version: uploaded over HTTPS, never by email, stored only until your files are delivered, deleted within 24 hours.

What	How
Upload	Uploaded over HTTPS. We never ask you to email statements.
Storage	Stored only until your files are delivered. Only the person doing your conversion can access them. Not shared, not used to train any AI model.
Delivery	A one-time secure download link, sent to the email on your order.
Deletion	PDFs, CSVs, and working notes are deleted ≤24 hours after delivery, and unpaid or abandoned uploads ≤24 hours after receipt. Email attachments are deleted too.
What we keep	Only order details (email, plan, statement count, dates) for billing. No transaction data.
Redaction	On request, we mask account numbers to the last 4 digits in the output.
Payments	Processed by Stripe. We never see or store card numbers.
Access	We never ask for QuickBooks or bank logins or PDF passwords.
